The writing group I’m part of, Ottawa Romance Writers, wanted to write an anthology that’ll be free to introduce new readers to the various authors in the group.
Each story is 4,000 words, set in winter, and must use the second-chance trope.
My story is called Fan the Embers. It was meant as a prequel to Fan the Flames.
Ottawa Romance Writers are proud to introduce Snowed In, a collection of second-chance romances written by a handful of their members. Each tale will be set in the winter; some may be connected to an already published work, while others may be an introduction to their worlds. Each author is bound to transport you from your reality.
You will find varying spice levels. From the tame one chilli pepper of sexual tension with no sex to the spicier three chilli peppers of open-door sex scenes with milder language.
Please enjoy each and every story, crafted for your entertainment. Don’t forget to follow, not only Ottawa Romance Writers, but the individual authors.
Ivy Marie, an introverted army brat who settled in Canada, reveals herself through her books, publishing a new one each year. When not writing, she enjoys baking and puzzles, often with a glass of wine or beer by her side
